Harvest Sunday 6th October

Our Harvest Sunday Celebration will be an all-age family service in the church at 10.45am. We are following that with a Church Family lunch in the Church Hall from about 12noon, you can book your space here

We will also be supporting Epping Forest Food Bank with our annual Harvest collection. If you are able to put a few extra things in your shopping basket over the next few weeks they would be most grateful.

They comment:

"Following a busy summer, our stocks are running low and we need your help to refill them ready for the winter rush.  Traditionally winter is our busiest time of year, as people need to spend extra on heating to keep themselves and their families warm. This means that often people are faced with the terrible choice of eating or heating. If you wish to help you can donate food products – at this time we are particularly short of interested in tinned meat, fish, juice, coffee, toiletries, sponge puddings, pasta sauce, tinned veg, jam, rice, rice pudding/custard which can be left at the donation point at church. Or, if you prefer to choose the foods you want to donate online, you can go to our online shopping list and choose whatever you wish to give in the knowledge that all items on there will be useful to us/our clients (https://givetoday.co.uk/eppingforestfoodbank/).

Alternatively, you could donate financially online by making a one-off donation or by setting up a regular donation on our donation page.  This allows us to claim gift aid from the government, which means EFFB can claim 25p of every £1 donated – so your donation goes even further (https://cafdonate.cafonline.org/10315#!/DonationDetails).

Thank you for your kindness and generosity!"
